Return & Refund Policy

We will try to give you the best shopping experience at our plateform. If however, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or already used products once sold or delivered.


Note: In Case, The Customer has received Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product or any quality issue with the products, we exchange the products. But they need to give us first a call or Email at info@purevedas.com.


Replacement:

To replace any items, please inform at our Customer Care Number at +91-9312237412or by email at info@purevedas.com.


  • Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for replacement of unwanted or not interested or placed wrongly products so we will not accept any replacement on such cases.


  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a seal packed condition with the original receipt.


  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.


  • Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process of a refund generally takes 7-10 business days.


Cancellations:

Please note that you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order or before it’s dispatched from our end, whichever is earlier.


Note: once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled & also customer cannot claim for the refund.

Payments mode for the products are available on the Site may be made in the following ways:
